The Power of Proof

A great first step in upping your social media for lead generation game, is sharing what you do in a way that potential customers can relate to and see evidence of your successes. Reviews, case studies, testimonials…. All of these things are proof that you can do what you’re saying you can. 


Wondering who could possibly be interested in your customer stories? Put it this way, how many times have you checked reviews before visiting a new restaurant? Or looked up a new hair stylist on social media to see the work they’ve done before? 


Harness What You Have

If you already have a loyal client base, but the newer leads have dried up, a great way to get some fresh ones through the door is a Referral Program. You know the score, ‘X% off for you and a friend’ or ‘£XX Amazon voucher when someone you refer signs up.’  This is a great way to incentivise new leads whilst also rewarding customer loyalty. It’s a win win!




Advocate from Within

Every person that works for your organisation will have social media accounts, and most will have a LinkedIn profile. Ensuring that your brand reaches every single one can make a huge difference. Supply them with header images and bio text that is in keeping with your brand, encourage that they share the posts made by the business profile and join industry relevant groups. If they’re active enough on LinkedIn, it’s the equivalent of having salespeople all across the country repping your brand!
